Can I sell food made from a private home at my school or church fundraiser?
Yes. A religious, charitable or other nonprofit organization may, without possessing a permit from the Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) (WCHD), sell food to raise money, whether or not the food was prepared at a private home, if the sale occurs on the premises of the organization.
